We're looking for a Product Manager for Community to drive the growth and engagement of our online community.

As our internal "Community Advocate," you will be leading the charge to engage, retain and develop a thriving population of passionate super users and evangelists. You will have broad responsibilities to develop an integrated strategy of products and programs as a key member of our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

* Develop integrated strategy for growing social media content and community interaction in all areas of Care2 site.
* Drive product strategy and execution with new social networking/interactive features, more personalization capability and overall user experience improvements.
* Create specific marketing programs to drive traffic and community engagement in most highly leveraged areas of site. Integrate product/program initiatives to improve level of member communication, recognition and reward.
* Identify super users and manage ongoing communication/engagement. Maximize super user effectiveness as key influencers and connectors.
* Give direction to customer support team to create consistent voice of Care2 and improve user experience.
* Be an active user of popular social networks and community sites. Develop an understanding of how to effectively engage a 25-55 year old female audience.
* Actively measure and report results of traffic and social media contributions, including monthly visits, page views, pages/visit and repeat visits.

Requirements:

* 4-6 years of experience in product marketing and related marketing roles for an Internet consumer marketing company.
* In-depth understanding of social networks, SEO, and Web 2.0 technologies and marketing techniques.
* Active user and/or blogger on social media and community sites. Passion for building community and interacting online.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics reporting tools.
* Excellent writing and overall communication skills.
* Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with engineering, editorial and web design teams.
* Self-starter, dynamic and able to thrive in an unstructured environment.
