Gaia is looking for a highly motivated, focused and entrepreneurial Customer Retention Marketing Mgr with a thorough online consumer background and expertise in managing customer communication, retention and loyalty programs. The Manager of Retention Marketing's primary focus will be to develop and drive the company’s retention plans and manage execution. Plans must drive frequency of visit and higher user engagement. This individual will be expected to create and launch programs, to support multiple marketing objections (such as conversion, retention and win-back), as well as monitor, track and reports on results. Comp. $80-100K base (possibly higher for the right candidate) + full benefits + stock options. MUST HAVES:

- 5+ years experience in online marketing (social entertainment/social networking a plus) with an exceptional track record developing and marketing retention programs

- Substantive email marketing experience with a strong understanding of email marketing operations, platforms and technology

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use information to deliver program improvement

- Proven track record in project/process management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Results-driven and willing to take a hands-on approach to get the job done, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions
