The SuccessFactors Community Manager will be a customer-focused maverick responsible for facilitating our online community support, networking and marketing site and programs.
You will:
• Manage and administrate the SuccessFactors Online Customer Community – a market leading support and networking site exclusively for our customers
• Work with other groups across the company to ensure up-to-date content and programs
• Manage our OneVoice customer advisory board program – bringing our product managers and customers together in a frictionless communication and feedback loop
• Build personal relationships with customers to identify opportunities for case studies, quotes and interviews to support Marketing and PR messages
• Explore and implement methods for leveraging our online customer community to support up-sell opportunities to the customer base
• Track and report on community stats and progress
• Do everything you can think of to help our customers be successful with our products
You have:
• A solid writing ability
• A creative and entrepreneurial brain
• A demonstrated track record of making things happen
• Comfort with both the qualitative and the quantitative
• A familiarity with online communities and what makes them work
• An ability to identify, prioritize, execute and deliver high-value results with only high-level guidance
• A bachelors degree in something relevant
