Multilingual Community Manager at Jagex Ltd
Description
Jagex Ltd, developer and publisher of the massively multiplayer online adventure game RuneScape and the mini-games portal FunOrb, is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join the Localised Community Management Team and manage the Language Player Support Teams (German, French, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese – we are also looking to expand into other European languages).
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic MULTILINGUAL speaker Community Manager, who will be responsible for the player support and community management for the non-English speaking player base of our games.
Essential requirements:
- Good experience in overseeing Community Management Teams in an online environment
- Extremely proficient, both written and spoken, in one (or ideally two) of the following languages: French, German, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese, as well as English
- Excellent computer literacy with good keyboard skills
- Ability to show good initiative, judgement & excellent attention to detail
- Availability to work a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
- An interest in online role playing games
Salary
£23K - £28K (OTE) negotiable depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package including annual bonus, private health care, gym membership and other benefits
