We're looking for someone to join our team and be both a champion for the customer internally and a champion for the company with the customer.

Responsibilities include:
• Representing and evangelizing the customer viewpoint within the company with respect to customer/community interaction, product design and development, and company strategy.
• Acting as an external spokesperson for TokBox, putting a human face on the company and representing us on- and off-line.
• Communicating new functionality and changes in the product experience to the user community, and gather specific customer feedback to inform product changes and improvement.
• Responding to all customer inquiries and questions.
• Developing ongoing social media communications and outreach strategy; initiating and sustaining discussion of implications on product features and design.
• Managing all communications via social media including TokBox blog, MySpace, Facebook, Twitter and more.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams during design and development cycle, proactively providing customer insight and acting as an internal customer “checkpoint” prior to release
• Reading between the lines of customer behavior within the ecosystem to identify trends and contribute to evolution of the product roadmap
• Championing the internal discussion of customer vs. community, and the relevant synergies of each with respect to evolving company strategy

Experience/skills required:
• 2+ years community and/or marketing experience.
• Strong track record in building relationships with users, using a range of communications tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and possesses a high level of flexibility.
• Proven ability to succeed cross-functionally in multi-disciplinary teams
• Enjoys the challenge of influencing decisions through persuasion and collaborative argument rather than direction and command-and-control
• Remarkable communication skills
• Strong team-player who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty on a day to day basis.
• Energy and enthusiasm for TokBox and video communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Specific title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
