Should have 7-10 yrs of total Experience in Software Testing.
Should have minimum 3 Years of Experience in Silk Test tools.
Should have handled minimum one Automation project(from requirement gathering to deliverables)
Should have evaluated Different automation tools
Should be involved in Designing Automation Framework.
Should have an Experience in handle escalations from team members and Higher management.
Should be able to handle a team.
Should posses excellent communication skills.
