Step 1. Report Design
We will design model reports for your organization, in print or online, to address your reporting needs.

Step 2. Review of Current Systems and Plans

Our next goal is to meet with your team and review the current metrics systems and discuss your needs and what is not working. We will discuss underlying technologies that bear on metrics collection and views on a next generation metrics infrastructure as tied to your organizational mission.

Step 3. Metrics Recommendations
We will collate all current metrics that are captured, add to this list additional metrics for consideration based on our other work, and code each metric as to organization goal, target audience, reporting frequency, priority, and other characteristics. From this master table we will derive recommendation options for those metrics of greatest use. We will also provide you with recommendations for reporting, including; number of reports, type of reports, and format. This stage will result in a draft strategy memorandum.

Step 4. Report Design
The final step includes creating final design model reports to address your reporting needs.
