Social Media Strategy ServicesThere is a rich ecosystem of social media touch points and activities for organizations to engage in. On the one hand, interest and participation in social media grows every day. On the other hand, trying to make sense of the opportunities that social media presents can be overwhelming for an organization. Worse, if engagements in social media are not aligned with your organizations goals, and your audiences’ needs, social media participation can be unproductive, or even damaging. Forum One works with you to develop clear goals for your social media programs, and to connect with your audience to establish where and how they wish to be engaged. The services listed below can be offered as a comprehensive project, or individually as stand alone projects.
Participation Guidelines and Policy Development Forum One develop social media participation guidelines and creates a formal policy on social media participation, based on current industry best practices and your organization’s employee and web policies.
Training and Certification for Social Media Participation Interactive, accessible and enjoyable social media training based on your organization’s social media strategy. Includes curriculum development based on participation in key social media sites.
Monitoring and Engagement To develop a comprehensive social media monitoring and engagement program, Forum One starts by interviewing key stakeholders and communications staff, in order to establish goals for a social media monitoring program, as well as key topics and sites to monitor. Forum One then develops a monitoring dashboard, as well as workflow and staffing recommendations. The second phase of the program is analysis and response, create programs to monitor, analyze and engage with participants in the social media ecosystem. Finally, Forum One conducts training for key internal staff. Some organizations choose to partner with Forum One for ongoing management services.
