Social Media Strategy Services

There is a rich ecosystem of social media touch points and activities for organizations to engage in. On the one hand, interest and participation in social media grows every day. On the other hand, trying to make sense of the opportunities that social media presents can be overwhelming for an organization. Worse, if engagements in social media are not aligned with your organizations goals, and your audiences’ needs, social media participation can be unproductive, or even damaging. Forum One works with you to develop clear goals for your social media programs, and to connect with your audience to establish where and how they wish to be engaged. The services listed below can be offered as a comprehensive project, or individually as stand alone projects.
